On Tuesday the 4th we will be voting on a new board member. If you are unable to attend and would still like to vote, you may contact Erin Halverson at Halverson Management. She will confirm your eligibility to vote (HOA members must be in good standing in order to be eligible) and provide you with a proxy ballot. Those must be returned to her before 8am on Tuesday. She will hold those until the ballots are counted at the meeting.
Also attached are the financial reports for the meeting for download and review. We will also have physical copies available at the meeting.
