Good news! We are in the process of opening the pool. We are anticipating June 1 contingent on completion of maintenance items and repairs. Based on CDC guidelines to limit crowding, the HOA is recommending the following guidelines:
- HOA families only
- No guests except for child care providers
- Maintain social distancing
Please keep in mind that these are recommendations only as the HOA does not have the ability to enforce them. As such, complaints in regards to the above will not be addressed. Also, maintenance service will be periodically removing and disposing of non-HOA property (pool toys, etc.) left at the clubhouse and pool area so please take home anything that you bring in.
