Earlier this spring, the HOA was notified that the BMP pond on the clubhouse block was not built in accordance with the specifications that were originally approved by the City. We received notice this week that the contractor the city has hired for their portion of the BMP drainage pond will begin work in approximately 2 weeks, weather permitting. More details will be provided as they become available.
