Capital Improvement Committee

The Board is seeking volunteers to run a Capital Improvement Committee to assist with identifying improvement projects to our HOA property. The scope of work will involve identifying improvement projects, seeking bids from contractors, plan design, and budget allocation. The following improvements have been earmarked as needed:

* upgrade workout equipment

* paint exterior of the clubhouse

* resurfacing pool and tile repair

* addition of boulevard trees around HOA property

We are also open to suggestions as to how we can make our development better and a desirable neighborhood for not only those who live here, but also, for those looking to move to the area. Please email any recommendations and volunteer nominations to the HOA Board email.

Property Sale

Thanks for those who were able to participate in Mondays meeting. The overwhelming response was to go forward with the sale at $250,000.00. The Board has voted to proceed with the sale of 1.42 acres of land to Eagle Ridge LLC for $250,000.00, which has been accepted by the buyers. Closing is scheduled for no later than 9/19/2022. This will provide great resources to improve our current amenities as well as the option to add additional ones. In addition, will help fund the costs associated with improving the pond. Therefore, avoiding special assessments to the members. Feel free to contact the board via email with any questions.
